Well its been along time since it happen but i'm sure it was the front side cylinder coil that was damage.. If you allready have your fairing off then pull the HT leed of the spark plug and follow the lead back to the coil. They are very short leeds normally, so it wont be that hard. Once you have found the coil, inspect under the ruber strap that supports the coil onto its frame bracket.
