Apex Leisure have got "NSR250 MC28 PGM unit with clocks and standard card. Superb condition, taken from working bike. Clocks show 26500km's" http://www.apexleisure.co.uk/secondhand.htm for £450, if the $$$ signs mean you're in the US that's going to be well over $1000 by the time it gets to you........ Is that a bad price? I haven't got a clue what they go for but it sounds a lot.
