There are two good places in the US for parts. RedLine Cycle Imports (see the banner at the top of the pages). The other is in your local area, RSCycles. both will be able to get you parts from Japan (if they are still available).

To remove the bearings/seals you will be required to remove the side cover, which would require a new gasket most likely.
