Mike, hold out for the SE/SP that you want. NEVER buy a bike on spec, and given the reputation of certain dealers lately (I could take a guess who it is, and there's currently no restriction on mentioning dealer names), I'd NEVER advise buying a bike without seeing it (and hearing it run) in person.
You seem to be desperate to spend your money, but you'll end up with an R model, and before you know it looking for adjustable front and rear suspension and a dry clutch kit! You'd do as well to hang on for a bit, in my opinion.
If you do buy it, get a warranty, even if it's only a 3 month parts warranty, and thrash the living daylights out of it as soon as you get it, as they seem to be selling crap of a spurious origin more often than not! If it's who I think it is, then at least 2 members here have had cranks fail in their bikes not long after buying them.
