What do you mean "ordering a cylinder"? Why do you not get yours repaired?

As for the rebuild, as long as you check the jetting for the Jha pipes, then you will have nothing specific to worry about. A couple of MJ sizes either way will normally do it, but you'll have to figure the jetting out for yourself as every bike is different.

Just make sure everything is spotlessly clean upon reassembly, that you use top brand fully synthetic oils, and that you are thorough and methodical when rebuilding the motor.
