Mate, the Monkey and I (I was the long haired fool on the RVF4 at Cadwell) only live 10 miles from Donington, if I have my '28 back by then (the list of things wrong on it gets ever longer, clutch plates in back to front, top cylinder was picking up too so it needs both cylinders replating, powervalves assembled by a blind man with no spanners, non existent HRC jet kit etc.) I'll have the day off and bring it up for you to see anyway.
Not sure about the trackday properly, both my bikes are road legal so if I can just ride up and get on for 1/2 a day after some fool chucks it down Craner Curves (it's going to happen to someone, it does every time) then I'll do that, I'm pretty steady and I'm not going to bin it, but Monkey has a trackbike, rides like a loon and isn't too keen on throwing his very tidy '21 round the track so him just popping up and trying to get lucky (I got the last 3 sessions the other week for £20!) isn't going to happen and Donington isn't cheap so it ends up at a £200 day, which right now I may not be able to afford!
