If you can get the barrel repaired, then yes, that kind of money will be more than adequate. If you want a NEW barrel, then you are going to be struggling!

The rest of the top-end parts (gaskets, bearings, pins & clips etc.) should come to no more than about 150 Euro if my quick count-up is correct (probably not - but it certainly won't be 750 Euros!).
