There are several versions of each manual... some more comprehensive than others. I have three MC28 HRC setup/parts manuals alone!

The jet is indeed classified as an "Air jet #130" in, I believe, the 1992 HRC Manual. I cannot tell you for sure where it is used, but I expect it is to replace either the single jet in the OEM X-piece, or one of the two jets in the OEM Y-piece.
