The studs are just wound in with common sense. The workshop manual doesn't give a torque rating for the studs, only the nuts and bolts.

As a Titanium member you can read just about all of the service manual online!

Don't use Loctite! The barrels can be weak in that area in the first place, and can easily fracture if a stud it forced either in or out. Make sure the threads (male and female) are very clean, put a drop of light oil on them, do them up hand tight, then give them about 1/8 of a turn. They don't need any more.

Take even more care with the smaller MC16/MC18 studs, as there's even less "meat" securing them.
