I am in the process of having my MC28 serviced and one thing noted was the air filter had dried out and some had gone into the carbs. After taking the carbs apart to clean them out the float bowl rubber seals appear to be a bit ragged and the mechanics are certain that now the gaskets have been disturbed they will leak when the thing goes back together. So far I've had no luck getting new genuine Honda gasketts. Does anyone know if these were ever made by Honda or do you have to get pattern ones? Anybody had any experience with pattern ones? Do they work? Any help would be appreciated as my bike is not going back together until I can get some new seals. Regards.
