Yes, mine reads a bit over 1200, what seems to happen is that it spikes up briefly as I close the throttle from WOT and then comes back down again. I am running mains that are much larger than others have posted, thankfully the EGT kept me in check. Seat of the pants suggested that it was pretty spot on as well.
