Tech help please

OK.
In fitting the 300 kit, i jetted rich this time, and never had time to plug chop. No problem I figured - I'll do it on track.
Except....
i forgot to take any jets!
Bike ran fine low down but would not take full throttle, I had to slowly feather it in to about 2/3 throttle otherwise she just bogged.
Plugs looked a bit rich so I figured no problem, that's the carbs coming onto the mains that are set [safely] rich.
Now then, in my last session, she bogged big time, unsure she was nipping up [god forbid] I pulled the clutch and did my last 2 sessions on the CBR.

Now I have her home, I have a coolant weep at the base of the bottom cylinder. I cannot of lost more than 100ml over 8 track sessions.

My Question is:

Do you think it will be ok to re-torque the base nuts [they were far too loose] now I have the right tool.
OR do i need to pull the pot and fit a new gasket - or worse, strip the motor?
Thanks for any advice in advance.
