I'd be inclined to take off the barrel and syringe out some of the mix to see if it's emulsified or even try and get it all out... If you've only lost a little and the oil looks normal then just re-torque.

what jets are you running?

if it's a 21, I had 175/178 mains, B needles on the 4th clip from top, #42 slow jets and the air screws 1.5 turns out. It was around this temp on the those settings also.
