It's a 5 minute (free) fix. Unbolt the oil pump, lift the body clear of the crank case, give it all a wipe clean with some kitchen towel, push the seal back into place, and bolt the pump back on!
Taking the bike to a mechanic will likely mean a minimum of 1hr labour. Depending on where you are that could be anything up to £50/$75...
Don't forget, as Russ says, drain and renew the transmission oil after.*
*Assuming this is your problem! You may have just not realised how much oil you used before putting the bike away last time! Check the main tank is empty too, and not just the little reservoir where you top up!
Always use good quality, fully synthetic 2-stroke oil.
