Cheers Andy. That is what I thought to be the case. Richard must have had a spliced harness then and didn't realise it. I am tempted to try the lighter flywheel, expansion pipes and jetting first to see what low 50's hp feels like. Then if I'm still curious to see what extra may be available hrc card wise what more would I have to consider? As by that time I'd have already jetted up. From what you say Andy I'm guessing the ignition curve will be stronger with the Hrc card and the improvement will be quite noticeable.
My plan is to try and get pipes, jets and flywheel between now and winter and see how that feels.
If I still want to take it a step further I'd pick up a spare harnes to splice if I go that far.. as for the pgm unit am I right in saying that I'd only need a card coded to my pgm? So have Drew get me one and code it etc. Or would I have to send the pgm and standard card off too?
