You have answered my main query if the NSR has a notchy box, which it seems it hasnt. So I have an issue.

Time to start the process of elimination, starting with the cheapest easiest options first.

I have priced a replacement hub and basket for the clutch at a wopping £300 so I hope that isnt going to be the issue.
