From what I remember, Mat said that they had the same problem on one of Pauls bikes. Matt went through the gearbox, chain tension, etc. Couldn't get rid of this clunking gear change.
Eventually found some wear in the torque stopper link.
Once he'd sorted that, the problem had gone.

I think the torque stopper link has been discontinued by Honda now. So, if the bushes are worn, I think you will need to look at getting them replaced. Instead of just buying a new link.

Last time I looked, the two collars for the link were still available. These are easily made though.
