OK Thanks Andy. I have synchronised mine so that the pump lever does start to move as the carb barrel starts to rotate, so unless my cable is made of elastic, the dimples should also align with the first mark.... The sweep of the pump lever is determined by the radius of the cable pulley and isn't adjustable so it ought to line up.... I'll whip the airbox off and have a check.. Cheers.
