I have a spare tank which I am planning to fit when my cheapo fairings come down. Am mothballing the original bodywork as its too precious if it gets damaged.

The tank has some rust in it, I have got rid of some of it but not all of it.

Someone recommended sealing it, petseal, but I have read some horror stories about it.

Any recommendations?

or has anyone got a 28 tank with no rust inside lying around to sell me cheaply?
