When i looked at the pic again, I saw the "cut" wires, and was wondering the same thing.

If you in the states, and would like a stock MC21 wiring harness that is in need of a little less work then yours, let me know.

I have one that has the PGMIII white plug cut off, so I could use the plug on an HRC harness.

You could use your plug, and splice it onto my harness to create a complete harness in good condition.
