Having had a long break from two strokes and forgetting everything before doing my own NSR rebuild, I thoroughly recommend you become a member here.
from my own build (you can look it up here on this forum once you are a member) I would recommend removing the oil pump and going for premix - especially for a track only bike.
Then when you have it all together again, print the tuning guide - I got my bike pretty well spot on for jetting before getting to the track just following the guide on the back deck (I left it a touch rich).
