I made one by using a plastic fuel can. Get a bolt which will fit into the fuel line, and drill a hole right down the middle of it, as big as is sensible without ruining the strength.
Now drill a hole in the bottom of the fuel can slightly smaller than the bolt so you have to screw the bolt in.
Make the hole in line with the filler hole so you can get a socket onto the bolt head. Screw the bolt through from the inside, and fit a locking nut on the outside. If you got the hole sized right it'll seal perfectly against the bolt. If not, you'll have to use chemical metal to seal it.
You can now fit a length of hose to the can with an in-line connector to fit your bike fuel pipe - the kind that seal when you disconnect them (that you probably have anyway as fettling a two stroke requires lots of tank removal!)
Now you have a can you can easily fill, has a handle for hanging it up, and will fit onto the fuel line of the bike.
If you wanted to, you could put the bolt through the sidewall below the filler such that the can will still sit flat on the floor when not in use...
