One of the forum members won a significant championship on an NSR250 back in the 90's. I'm sure he will give a reliable opinion once he sees this thread.

Value for money wise, you cannot beat an MC21 as the best overall package. Delimiting is free, the chassis is better than the MC18, and the buying price is significantly cheaper than an MC28.
