Without an HRC card, you are never going to see much over 50hp... and we've never seen any physical evidence to prove otherwise.

To get 65hp out of an MC28, or any NSR for that matter, you will need to undertake engine work. Also, unless you can get good quality fuel where you are, you're not going to get 65hp from an MC28, because low octane fuel will not support the optimisation that 65hp requires.

Don't be lead into thinking that there are any shortcuts. HRC card is the only way to go, unless you are prepared to drop the PGM-IV for an earlier unit.
