Hi Brian welcome to the forum.

That looks like a good bike to start from, I have got a couple of NSR's that I have had to recondition and the best thing I would say to start is change all oils and coolant as you can never be sure what someone else has done! All the info on how to bleed two stroke and cooling systems is on here that is how I found it out. You should change the tyres as I learnt this the hard way when I brought an MC18SP and was so excited to take it for it's first spin that I risked it on the old tyres and binned it on the first corner!
