not really,i only had one bad tankslapper on the road on mine,that was due to crap surface,my old rgv on the other hand was prone to some major ones,i had one that was like that wayne gardner pic i'm not exagerating,it even made the clocks pack up oh and i had a good one on one of my brothers kr1s's.i dont know if its my small size or i just encourage slappers
