I've never seen or heard of a manual being available for the NS250R MC11, there may have been one for the Japanese market but could be a little tricky to translate.

Your best option would be to try and get hold of an NS400R manual as the engine is exactly the same just with an extra cylinder, most of the cycle parts are also the same so the 400 manual would be ideal for any maintenance you may have to carry out.
