Thanks Jon, that's all the inspiration i need, agreed the brushed, factory finish looks the the best, i have two swingarms here, one has an ugly gouge similar to yours that has met with a rearset at some stage that makes anodizing a hassle, and the other has a missing pick up spool and a large graze.

Think i'll duck down to the coaters on Monday and get him to add the swinger to the parts being done at the moment.
