You might be able to find a spare one and get it reprogrammed to work with your Pgm4 unit from a guy in Japan. I beleive this is a service available through this forum.
P.s I should have a go on this, it's an ancient eeprom chip on the card that just needs reprogramming.
P.s 2 I hope someone has a better solution.
