I have a PGM III that is in perfect working order. I actually purchased two of them last year when mine whent bad. I thought the new one I purchased was bad so I purchased another one only to find that it was the voltage regualtor that went bad.

I am looking for $350 plus shipping which is exactly what I paid for it. I have tried it on my bike and it works perfectly.
