I got the flywheel off. Thanks to everyone for the advice. Luckily the female threads on the flywheel were not stripped. I got a new puller, screwed it in, tightened the center bolt, tapped it with a hammer a couple of times and the flywheel popped off.

Now if I can figure out if 1993 CBR900RR front caliper seals will fit the NSR calipers, I'll be good to go.
