Andy has a good point here the casing side and engine will need new bearings and seals the media will get into everywhere ...

I was rebuilding the engine completly anyway so it did not matter but you will have to pretty much strip the engine down ...

Good tip is to ultra sonic clean the parts after blasting it gets all the media out ..

My RGV will not go anywhere near any type of moisture so I have no worries (I did how ever give it a good coat of ACF)
