There are 3 different part numbers for the MC21 rear Magtek, depending on year, so it's quite possible that they differ other than in colour. (Gold 90/91, white 1992, red 1993)

The HRC wheels, as Steve says, do not have dust seals, and also have a circlip as an additional bearing retainer.
