Heya

I made up a set of highway pegs for my FZR400RR, there was an engine mounting point on the front of the engine that was unused, i think because they went from a perimeter to a beam frame style, so this mounting point was redundant. The bike also had no lower fairings.

I made the pegs from 6 inches of 20mm diameter rebar with an 8mm bolt of the appropriate lenght welded to the end, times two.

They made the bike a far more rideable proposition on trips longer then 20km.

This is where it gets weird though, imagen piling into a corner leaning over hard with your feet inline with your hands horozontal position, truly a strange sensation after a life time of conventional sports bikes.
