A nice clean 21se is only ever worth about three and a half grand, give or take a couple of hundred either way, so if this ones as rough as you think and your gonna do the work yourself, I would say a grand tops, under that and your in, assuming you can do it all yourself, if not its gonna be expensive. Probably better to chuck a Chinese bodykit on and make a decent track day bike out of it.
