Thank you for taking the time to consider my reasoning, procedure, and motives, Les.

No Leigh, I never got a set of white bodywork, or the OEM shaped fenders, or any of the other promises I received during, or after the transaction. I got a handful of cut vinyl stickers (which I could've made myseld anyway!) to replace the misspelt ones on the fairings!

It was a catalogue of disasters from beginning to end, which is why I won't accept public forum endorsements, which is tantamount to free advertising. I need to consider the huge worldwide audience that NSR-WORLD reaches, and what it's potentially worth to a seller. I already see traders trying to use the reach of NSR-WORLD, thinking that simply becomming a Carbon Member will cut the mustard (some don't even subscribe! You can't even get a decent ad in the local paper for a tenner!!), when I know some forums out there are charging upwards of US$1200 a year for a banner!

NSR-WORLD, right up until we decided to start Performance Engineering, has largely been non profit. Charles makes a bit from the English manuals (when people aren't ripping them off and trying to sell copies elsewhere!), and both of us have made a little from subscriptions over the last few years, but in reality it's not much more than the server costs we've incurred over the last 12 years between us. Even Performance Engineering has been given its own section to keep it unobtrusive, and we don't litter the forum with touts for business.

This is the main reason for not allowing promotion of auctions (many of those sellers would never consider paying to advertise here or support NSR-WORLD), and why I am hard on "bad" suppliers when they are promoted. "Bad", as I said before, is where I personally have had a bad experience. Basically, you only cross me once, and the whole (NSR) world will know about it! Evil or Very Mad

Provide me and NSR-WORLD readers (and continue to provide) a good service though, and I will support you all day long. Moriwaki Man will testify to that, I am sure.
