I just purchased two Honda sport bikes and am looking to identify them. I need to know the year and/or month of production. If you have any knowledge of these models, i would appreciate your help. They are as follows

MC18-1005220 250 CC not sure if it is a NSR250
NC19-1003279 - NS400R
