Errrrr no they are not - might have an address in Tokyo though !

For simplest entry bike has to be over 25yrs old then they are exempt from regulations.

Newer bikes can be taken in as " Track use only " but road electrics have to be gone and it's a good idea to shove number boards on it too.

If there is a company who knows how to slip them in complete , use them.

Canada is your next easiest option and take a trip to collect and cross the border on it.

PS. If you have service buddies I have heard they are allowed to import one vehicle with no questions asked.
