I have had a few issues over the regulations, one was over carb inlet rubbers, they told me there was oil and the smell of oil, hell I couldn't believe it, how much oil could there have been, I told them to wipe it clean bag it and send it, they did eventually after four or five e-mails to remind them to carry out like you said there obligations to me as a customer, I think there was a communications problem between the office and the warehouse, it seems there is some body down there with little initiative or a lack of wipes !!

I hope with your help the guy with the bike manages to get his bike back to the states.
