Hey thanks for the tips. Just knowing they are SUPPOSED to move helps, as I wasn't sure if there was a reason to try to force it free. I'll need to look into the ptfe spray....only thing I have is WD40, teflon spray, and silicon spray. Since I have a spare set of mirrors if it all goes bad, knowing that it is possible for them to move, I am now emboldened to go at them harder. Maybe then next time I might have a chance to see the cop with his lights on behind me! Thanks guys.
