Well, armed with the conviction that they are supposed to move, I managed to unfreeze my mirrors with a crazy amount of force. They didn't break but did emit a considerable crack sound. The upshot is they now have moved enough that I can easily confirm while riding that I still have elbows, which, while not ideal, is actually a considerable improvement, so I'm happy enough. DUX, I only did a bit of silicon spray, so they still move very reluctantly - no sagging imminent, unlike their owner. Wink Thanks for the help, guys.
