Hello i need someone to help me.

I have a Honda NSR 250 SE PGM 3 MC 21

Here are the problems
Spark problems

1. No spark on both cylinders

- I check the coils. - they are good.

- Get down at Pulse coils checked successfully.

- Checked the kill switch and ignition switch - they are also good, no shorts or anything, working just fine

- Battery is VARTA funstart 12V 3ah 30A and is 1 year old but i dont know it seems to be good.

I charged it clean the terminals of ignition coils buy new spark plugs and again nothing no spark again on both.

2. PGM III
Today i notice a missing wires from the white terminal of PGM III theye are missing a 3 wires.
At black terminal is a full 16 wires. 8 up and 8 down.

But on white is not like that there is a 6 wires up and 7 down.
