What do I get if I'd change my MC28 acc. to the HRC manual?

I studied the HRC setup manual for the '94 MC28SP to see what changes HRC proposes which are related to engine performance.

I found these items that potentially have influence on engine performance:

- of course: either of the HRC chip cards
- the wire harness
- oil:AvGas = 1:30 (AvGas propably only required for 010, 020 cards because 030 can run with unleaded gasoline?)

carbs:
- power jet
- needle jet holder
- needle jet (+ valve plate and valve plate spring)
- bigger main jet
- carburettor box with air guide plate over radiator instead of air filter and air box

14102-NKD-980 Intake rectifiers

31100-NKD-970 A.C. generator flywheel (maybe has different trigger points?)

air mix system
- setup changed but I couldn't quite figure out what the change is

spark plugs:
spark plugs NGK# R5300A-10

SP cylinders/heads recommended (acc. to parts manual, identical to SE cyclinders/heads)

That's it! No mention of the restricting washers in the headers, the complete exhaust systems seems to be unchanged.

So what do I get if I modify an MC28 following the HRC user manual? It's definitely not a TT-F3, but what is it? Where were these modified bikes raced?

Btw, what RON/MON is required when using P-030 card to prevent detonation?
