A huge difference. It's heyday HRC vs. mass production.

Outwardly, little difference, except for the compression dampening adjusters on the [late] NF5 fork bottoms, and the NF5 calipers having the Q/R pad pins. The operation and quality of the internals however, are fit for GP.

Even I noticed the difference going from NSR forks to NF5 forks, and I'm neither fast nor talented.
