MC21 Refresh

Hi all,

After picking up the bike last week I have decided to get straight on with a rebuild/refresh.

The bike is in pretty good condition for the age it has a few marks and scratches on the body work but no cracks or breaks at 5 yards it looks very good it is only when you get up close you can see the age of the bike so it will have a new paint job in the same colours. The wheels are good but again could do with new paint the chassis is what you would expect from a 24 year old bike it is all there and in reasonable condition all bits will be cleaned and either powder coated or plated.

The engine looks clean but as with the rest of the bike is showing its age all the internal plastics (air box etc) are good.

I plan to take the engine out give it a good clean and try out my new soda cleaning set-up while it is apart I will have all the major parts inspected and replaced if needed ...

I will keep this updated as a progress please feel free to add any advice or help it is allways welcome

Cheers
Paul
