Not sure where the wiring harness is from, but the colors don't seem to match the MC16 (which I beleive is the only one that had individual CDI's for each coil).

Wiring for the MC16 has the following:

Rear:
BL/Y - Coil
W/Y - Generator
Y - Generator
G - Ground
BL/W - Kill Switch

Front:
BL/BU - Coil
BU - Generator
W/BU - Generator
G - Ground
BL/W Kill Switch
