Calling all MC18 R5K anoraks

Would anyone happen to know if a 18.00 x 4.5 Magtek Rear Wheel from an RS250 would fit straight onto a MC18 R5K model or are there any modifications that need to be done.......Spacers,bearings,seals etc.etc.

Any/all help will be much appreciated.
