Before you splash out on an HRC card, you should be aware that the MC28 needs far more than just a card to reach anything near its potential.

The MC28 is comprehensively restricted. You will most certainly also need an HRC jet kit, a set of race expansion chambers, and at the very least a modified airbox, but preferably an HRC carb shield and/or pod filters.

By performing a wire splice and fitting an HRC card, and leaving everything else stock, all you will do is make it run appallingly! The MC28 needs to be derestricted with a complete package, for which you are looking at anything up to around US$2000.
