Very interesting thread leading to a very nice bike well done Hung.
I have been meaning to put these charts on for a while they belong to a MC 28 I bought 2 years ago. I have put some pictures of it on in the past, here are some dyno runs and speed trap mph from when the bike was raced.
The bike is an ex Colin Marshall Team Castrol Honda Thailand and I can be sure the figures shown are at the wheel not at the pillow.

The bike was used once after it came to the UK in 1997 then stored till 2012.
I have done a few track days on it Mallory festival and Brackley bike bonanza. It is certainly the fastest NSR 250 have ever ridden. And yes Leigh that hurts me to admit that.
