I'd much rather deal with disgruntled forum members than some jumped-up, snot-nosed, no win/no fee scumbag lawyer... the world's just full of people today who'd rather make money off someone else's back, than take responsibility for their own actions.

Rule #6 is not nanny state, it's an unfortunate by-product of it!
